How to join the Keifer Kup
The pool is private and invite-only. Request a spot, send your entry to the commissioner, and you'll get a sign-in email to build your bracket.

Each group must have one 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place team.

Official knockout field
The knockout bracket stays locked for everyone until the real 32-team field is published. Fill your own group rankings + best-third qualifiers in the bracket wizard so they match the real results, then publish them here to set the official field and open Stage 2.
Pick window controls
Open or lock each pick stage on your own schedule, overriding the default dates. Use Open now to let members submit early, Lock now to close a stage immediately, or Follow schedule to hand control back to the calendar. The knockout window still needs the official field published before it can open.

As real knockout games finish, fill your own bracket winners in the wizard to match the actual results, then publish them here. Publishing locks scoring: every bracket earns its grand total (group points + knockout points, 288 max) ranked on the leaderboard. Re-publish anytime to add later rounds — the standings re-grade instantly.
Backfill brackets
Bulk-import the participants and group-stage brackets Daniel already collected. One person per block separated by ---: an email line (optional name for display and real name for the commissioner roster), then a line per group A–L listing its four teams in finishing order (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th), comma-separated. Team names are matched to each group's roster, so partial names are fine. Optional champion and final score lines act as the tiebreaker. Imported people are marked paid; tick the box to also email them an invite.
Notify participants
Send an announcement to everyone with notifications enabled — for example when you open the bracket early or a deadline is approaching. Push reaches members who installed the app and turned on device notifications; email reaches everyone on the access list.
